FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Are you ready to be a Guest Service Expert? We are looking for someone who can help keep our salon running smoothly, and our guests well cared for. The front desk is the first and last interaction with our salon everytime a guest comes in, and we make sure our guests feel special from the first impression to the final. As a Guest Service Expert, your job is to assist our guests with scheduling appointments with the stylists that best suit their hair needs, welcoming and checking out guests, and supporting the salon and its stylists throughout the day. When not tending to the salon in the immediate, our front desk will be tasked with managing the salon’s inventory of products, making orders, and creating promotional material for the salon as a whole. You are also our most important sales position, and will need to be knowledgeable about TouchUps’ products and services. Bonuses are available for our front desk members who meet or exceed sales goals. The front desk is a vital part in any salon, and you must be friendly, attentive, motivated with fresh ideas that could improve TouchUps, and excited to assist every guest that walks into our salon. Be prepared for a challenging, rewarding, and busy experience that keeps you on your toes!
ASSOCIATE HAIR STYLIST
Our Associate program is a tried and true path for success in our salon. It is designed to be a 6-10 month program that can be completed as quickly as you desire. Our Associate program will have you working hand in hand with one of our excellent educators learning not only the in’s and out’s of behind the chair work but also the key business building skills that you will need to create the clientele you want in the shortest time possible. From Instagram to rebooking to client hunting we can teach you how to do the most good for your career in the least amount of time. Unlike other assisting programs you will be hands on throughout your time with your educator. Helping highlight, balayage, apply colors, style, braid and finish clients will be your daily responsibilities not just washing and drying. In order to be successful as one of our associates you must be energetic, organized, motivated and have a great attitude as this is a fun but challenging position.
HAIR STYLIST
At TouchUps Salon, we’re dedicated to helping our stylists succeed. Upon completing our Associate Program, you’ll be promoted to a Level One Stylist, ready to start building your career and clientele. Starting as a Level One Stylist, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, build your clientele, and advance through our stylist levels on the path to becoming a Master Stylist. With every promotion, you’ll gain more experience, confidence, and recognition as a top professional in the industry. Our proven training and mentorship programs ensure you have all the tools you need to achieve your goals while providing exceptional service to your clients. TouchUps Salon manages all salon equipment, products, phone calls, online scheduling, and salon marketing. Stylists are encouraged to share their work on their individual Instagram and TikTok accounts so that we can repost their content to drive more client bookings.
